"Our counselling and coaching methodologies are firmly based in scientific research and our own experience with ADHD allows us to fully empathise with our clients. We choose counselling modalities that target ADHD traits and greatly increase the quality of people's lives. After diagnosis, there is a genuine need for people to gain an understanding of their unique ADHD journey, and we offer a supportive way through with research based coping strategies. We also want to offer support to people who are struggling with mental health and relationship issues - especially for people feeling trapped in contexts that may not seem escapable, such as when experiencing domestic violence. We offer a range of therapies to help with depression, anxiety and trauma."
